aluminium Union Jack plaque
This aluminium wall plaque marks a significant date in British history, namely the formal adoption of the Union Flag by King George III as the official flag of the United Kingdom. The plaque features the Union Jack flag prominently in the centre, the colours of which contrast beautifully with the dark background. The words "Union Jack Flag" appear round the top of the plaque, while the middle area bears the message "Adopted on 01.01.1801 by King George III of th United Kingdom". An attractive silver ring around the outer edge of the plaque completes the design. A perfect blend of history, art and patriotism, it makes a lovely addition to any collection or space.
