Carlton Football Club Plaque

This cast iron plaque celebrates the Carlton Football Club. Formed in 1864 in Melbourne, Australia, the club has a very successful history, winning more titles that any other team in the Australian Football League. This plaque is handpainted in the club colours of blue and white, featuring the famous Carlton club emblem in the centre. The club's motto, "Mens Sana In Corpore Sano" ("A Sound Mind In A Healthy Body") is featured underneath. The plaque comes with pre-drilled holes for easy hanging.
